About Dr Tenell Holborow
Dr Tenell Holborow is a General Practitioner with over ten years’ experience. A UNSW graduate, she completed her training at Port Macquarie Base Hospital and has worked across multiple local practices. She now operates an independent practice providing primary healthcare services to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities.
As a solo practitioner, Dr Holborow offers face‑to‑face consultations and maintains open communication with families, including meetings in person or by telephone as required, to ensure continuity and high‑quality care.
Collaboration is central to her approach. She works closely with aged care facility staff and coordinating visiting health professionals to deliver a team‑based model of general practice aged care.
Dr Holborow prioritises strong doctor–patient relationships and delivers personalised care aligned with each individual’s goals and preferences, with a focus on dignity, comfort, and compassionate end‑of‑life care.
